Online Training and Chat Room Start Up
Start your Skype online training session here
We currently offer two ways to connect with our trainers via online chat and video conferencing, both are free services to use but may require you to install a small piece of software onto your computer.
We will ask you a few questions when we set up your video training session to ensure we are using the best service to suit your needs. Please follow the steps below for the type of service we will be using for your training session.
For Skype Web Training:
After being given your set time and day for your training session please log into you Skype account or click on the right side of this page while logged into your account to begin your training session with one of our trainers.
If you do not have Skype on your computer you can download the program free by clicking on the Skype logo on the right side of this page. Follow the step by step directions given to you by Skype.
For Cisco WebEx Web Training:
If we have scheduled your training session via WebEx you will receive an email confirmation and directions how to log in and when to log in.
You will also have to have your cell phone handy to dial into the audio conferencing feature. If you do not currently have WebEx installed on your computer you will be prompted to do so before your session and it will take a few minutes, so please plan accordingly.
This meeting is done both via computer/video and via cell phone for audio and can be done for large groups!
